BULK AURA Guide: How Season 1 Worked, and How to Earn AURA on Mainnet Now
Season 1's pre-deposit campaign closed September 5, 2026 when BULK mainnet launched. Here's how the $40M+ campaign worked, and the current playbook for earning AURA through mainnet trading, referrals, and BulkSOL.
TL;DR
BULK Season 1 ran June 1 - September 5, 2026 and is now closed — every pre-deposit converted automatically to mainnet trading margin. Season 1 paid out 1M AURA weekly to pre-depositors, referrers, and BulkSOL holders; total deposits reached $40M+ before closing. Post-mainnet, AURA is earned through trading activity, referrals (gated by access codes during invite-only mainnet), and BulkSOL holding.
BULK mainnet launched September 5, 2026, and Season 1 pre-deposits are closed. Every pre-deposit converted automatically to trading margin during the launch-day network upgrade. This guide covers how the historical Season 1 campaign worked, and — more importantly if you’re reading this now — how to keep earning AURA on mainnet.
AURA Now: The Post-Mainnet Playbook
Pre-deposit is gone as an earning vector. What’s left, active today:
1. Trade on mainnet. Trading activity is now the primary AURA driver, and it also earns you access codes (1 per $1M volume) to invite others during the invite-only period.
2. Hold BulkSOL. Unchanged mechanic — BulkSOL still earns weekly AURA, on top of ~7% base staking APY, MEV tips, and 12.5% of all BULK Exchange trading fees, now live since mainnet.
3. Refer new traders. Your referral link carried over from Season 1. During invite-only mainnet, a new referral also needs one of your access codes — pre-depositors got a starting weekly allotment, everyone earns more through trading volume.
4. PT-BulkSOL on Loopscale. Still available — see the full loop guide for current mechanics and risk.

How Season 1 Worked (June 1 - September 5, 2026)
If you’re catching up on what Season 1 was, or trying to understand how your existing AURA balance was earned, here’s the historical mechanic.
AURA is not a token. It’s a points system that determines your share of the $BULK community allocation at TGE — 30% of total $BULK supply.
During Season 1, 500,000 OG points were issued June 1, 2026 as a retroactive allocation, and 1,000,000 more dropped every Saturday from pre-deposits, referrals, and BulkSOL holdings until the campaign closed. Total pre-deposits reached over $40M before conversion.
The Four Season 1 Earning Vectors (Historical)
1. Pre-deposit USDC (closed). The highest-weight vector while it ran. Formula: USDC deposited × time held, snapshotted every Saturday. Grew from $20.6M TVL (7,520 wallets) at the first snapshot to $40M+ before closing.
2. BulkSOL holding (still active). Earned weekly AURA in Season 1, and continues to on mainnet — on top of ~7% base staking APY, MEV tips, and 12.5% of BULK Exchange trading fees, now live.
3. PT-BulkSOL on Loopscale (still active). Deposit BulkSOL into Exponent Finance for PT-BulkSOL, then use it as collateral on Loopscale to loop back into more BulkSOL. Carries liquidation risk — see the full loop guide.
4. Referrals (changed). During Season 1, referred accounts needed to hold $100+ for 72 continuous hours to qualify. Post-mainnet, that hold-time rule is gone — replaced by the access-code gate on invite-only mainnet (see the referral guide for current mechanics).
Waitlist Rank vs AURA — A Season 1 Distinction That No Longer Applies
During Season 1, waitlist rank (deposit × time held) determined early mainnet access priority, separate from AURA (token allocation share). Rank stopped mattering at launch — mainnet access is now gated by referral link + access code instead of pre-deposit-based rank.
What Historical Deposits Earned: Illustrative Scenarios
These are historical scenarios from Season 1, using community modeling at $2B FDV — not projections, and not something you can still act on since pre-deposit is closed. They’re preserved here for context on how the campaign paid out.
Alex — “I’ll put in $200 and see what happens”
Deposited $200 in week 1, held through 12 weekly snapshots. Earned roughly 55 AURA from pre-deposit alone.
At the 12-week community scenario ($48/AURA): ~$2,600 on $200 deployed (illustrative, unconfirmed).
Jordan — “I take airdrops seriously”
Deposited $1,000 in week 1, plus BulkSOL on Titan for a second vector. Held 26 weeks across both.
Earned 500 AURA combined. At the 26-week community scenario ($23/AURA): **$11,500 on ~$1,200 deployed** (illustrative, unconfirmed).
Sam — “I wanted maximum exposure”
Deposited $5,000 in week 1, ran the PT-BulkSOL loop on Loopscale, referred 3-4 friends.
Earned 2,500+ AURA across all vectors over 26 weeks. At the 26-week community scenario ($23/AURA): ~$57,500 (illustrative, unconfirmed).
All figures use $2B FDV community modeling from during Season 1. Token price and total AURA at TGE remain unconfirmed. These are not financial projections.
Capital Tiers Now: What to Do Post-Mainnet
| Capital / activity | Strategy now | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Any size | Trade on mainnet | Trading volume earns AURA + access codes |
| Any size | Hold BulkSOL | Passive AURA + staking + fee share |
| $10K+ in BulkSOL | Loopscale PT-BulkSOL loop | Amplified yield and AURA, leveraged risk |
| Active traders | Refer via link + access codes | Codes scale with volume traded |
Bottom Line
Season 1 is closed. Pre-deposit converted to margin on September 5, 2026. The four earning vectors that mattered then — deposits, BulkSOL, the Loopscale loop, and referrals — are now three: trade, hold BulkSOL, and refer with access codes.
